During one of the coldest times of the year, of course our furnace decided to stop working. We reached out to this company and they came out to do a diagnostic test and we could tell immediately that we were going to hire them. Both Shawn and Chris were very professional, friendly, thorough and explained everything to us that we needed to know. They were able to replace our furnace in a day and we couldn't be more grateful. We would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

I highly recommend Highway Heating and Cooling. In this day and age it’s almost impossible to find honest, reputable companies. Shawn and his son Chris from Highway Heating and Cooling are a refreshing surprise. I called Shawn because my pilot on my hot water tank went out, and after numerous attempts, I couldn’t get it to relight. They told me they’re currently finishing up a job and will come out afterwards. They arrived and were able to relight my water heater. They discussed all future options for replacement and didn’t even charge me for the relighting my tank. If you’re looking for a HVAC company, look no further than Highway Heating and Cooling!

I noticed my HWT leaking yesterday. I called Shawn and left a message. He called me back within the hour and talked me off my ledge (i was anxious about it leaking) he is very knowledgeable and gave me all the info he could. We discussed what I could afford and what he charges. He told me he could come that night. However we made an appt for the next day(today) he and his son showed up, we chatted . He removed the old and brought in new, replaced and sealed all of the pipes and cleaned up around where the old tank was. This team is so nice and down to earth. Extremely professional and personable! Highly recommend!

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night at one of the coldest times of the year. He was very professional and able to give us an idea of what might be the problem with our furnace right over the phone. He came over immediately and was able to diagnose and explain everything thoroughly so that we could get it taken care of and get the heat back on for an affordable price. So thankful!

I would like to thank Shawn for getting back to me so quickly after I left a message stating we had no heat tonight and if it would be possible for him to walk me through it to hopefully get the furnace working again. It was actually a simple fix but we would’ve never guessed that it was the thermostat if it wasn’t for Shawn. I’ve had him change out a hot water tank, and some other small projects and he was reasonably priced, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Shawn is sent from the Lord Jesus. It was by far the coldest day of the year so far! he came out to our house in Niagara Falls from Lockport to diagnose the problem the same day. Then, He came out first thing on Monday to fix it.!! We went almost 4 days with no heat and he genuinely saved us.. His compassion, professionalism, kindness and urgency is unmatched! Would recommend him 100 times!!

I had no heat going to my upstairs. I called them to see if they could come out to look at my boiler, and they were able to come out within a few hours. They were very informative and educated me on a few things. They were able to take care of the problem right away. This problem I've had before and was charged over $300. These gentlemen only charged me $81. Overall I would definitely recommend and use their services again. Very informative, willing to educate their clients and very reasonably priced!!! The fact that they are also just a father and son vs a corporate business is another win in my book!

I just had Shawn Highway and Christopher Amsdill out to mother's home for variety of jobs and help with various things.
They were fantastic, top notch guys, honest, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected.
